Key Responsibilities

• Food preparation and assistance to the Chef
• Maintenance and food safety of assigned station
• Operating fry cook equipment and preparing fried menu items

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or as a line cook preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
