Pharmacist

Join our healthcare team as a Pharmacist. This position offers a very flexible schedule in a relaxed pharmacy environment. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. The position requires comprehensive knowledge and experience in pharmacy procedures. The candidate will verify prescriptions, oversee purchasing, ensure dispensing and delivery of the correct prescription drugs and other products to patients in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

-Checking and evaluating written prescriptions, as well as recording and verifying patient information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

-Expedite the processing of prescriptions and perform electronic prescription verification in software(PioneerRx)

-Provide exceptional customer service, both face to face and on the telephone

-Answer questions and provide counseling to pharmacy customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, etc.
