Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong new graduates (CFY) welcome to apply
  • Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and assessment to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and interpret results to guide intervention planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and offer expertise in speech-language development
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on evidence-based practices
