Commercial Construction Estimator

Seeking a Commercial Construction Estimating Lead who isan estimating professional to develop commercial project estimates and mentor team members.

Requirements:

• Recent direct employment with a medium-to-large commercial general contractor.
• Independent estimating experience on commercial projects valued at $20 million or more.
• Takeoff software, Excel, BuildingConnected, and strong subcontractor relationships.
• Mentoring experience.
