Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager

Seeking a Sr. Commercial Construction Project Manager who is an experienced leader to oversee commercial projects from planning through completion.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Recent direct employment with a medium-to-large commercial general contractor.
• Project financial management, GMP/preconstruction, subcontractor buyout, scheduling, and full project lifecycle experience.
