Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours

Pay: $62–$67/hour, commensurate with experience

Synergy and Nvision, subsidiaries of SBMF Rx, are seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our San Antonio team. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, personalized pharmacy care in an independent retail/specialty pharmacy setting while enjoying a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no regular evenings or weekends.

This position supports both of our San Antonio pharmacy locations, approximately 25 minutes apart, on a coordinated and predictable weekly scheduleproviding variety without the unpredictability of traditional floating assignments.

What You'll Do

As our pharmacist, you'll combine your pharmacy expertise with exceptional patient service while supporting the safe and efficient operation of our pharmacies. You'll:

  • Accurately dispense and verify prescription medications in accordance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, side effects, adherence, and other medication-related questions.
  • Collaborate with patients, providers, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and daily pharmacy workflow.
  • Assist with medication ordering, inventory management, and pharmacy compliance.
  • Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records while protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Help create a welcoming, efficient, and exceptional experience for every patient we serve.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • PharmD or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited pharmacy program.
  • Current Texas Pharmacist license, or ability to obtain Texas licensure.
  • Strong commitment to patient care, accuracy, safety, and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Ability to work at both San Antonio pharmacy locations according to a coordinated weekly schedule.

Preferred:

  • Previous retail, community, specialty, or clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Experience with pharmacy software, EMR, or EHR systems.
