Job Title: CNC Machinist / Programmer -
Must have M-coding and G-Coding experience.
Job Description
This role is ideal for an experienced CNC Machinist who enjoys hands-on work with machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting in a high-mix manufacturing environment. You will program and edit G-Code and M-Code directly at the machine controller, set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and Y-axis machines, and play a key role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the machining process.

Work Environment
The work environment is a hands-on manufacturing setting focused on machining, assembly, finishing, and packaging of precision products. You will work with Y-axis machines, lathes, mills, and other CNC equipment, programming at the machine controller and operating the machines throughout the production process. Daily activities include equipment setup, routine maintenance, minor repairs, and careful housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. The environment emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with close collaboration among production, engineering, and quality teams.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Antioch, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
