About the Role
We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and oversee the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of electrical equipment, components, and systems. You'll work hands-on with our engineering and production teams to build reliable, safe, high-quality systems, from PLC automation on the manufacturing floor to customer-specific electrical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Implement electrical designs, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Design, develop, and maintain PLC systems and components that automate machinery, manufacturing lines, and critical infrastructure
  • Develop and evaluate electrical systems with a focus on safety, sustainability, reliability, and quality assurance
  • Partner with the engineering team on prototypes, and conduct testing and validation of electrical performance, safety, and functionality
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment to identify faults, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutions
  • Inspect electrical components and systems during and after installation and construction activities
  • Create work instructions, procedures, BOMs, inspection records, and other technical documentation
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans with team members
  • Communicate clearly with contractors, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Deliver technical presentations and project updates to management and coworkers
  • Attend management and project meetings, providing technical input, recommendations, and status updates
  • Maintain product documentation, engineering records, test reports, and quality-assurance records
  • Train and guide team members on proper installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation
  • Ability to read and create electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience creating technical documentation and BOMs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating across teams

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Occasional additional hours may be required based on project needs
