Class A Driver

As a Class A Driver, you will be an integral part of the team, embodying and promoting the mission, vision, and promise of the company. You will be responsible for safely driving to various locations, effectively communicating with colleagues, and handling multiple tasks independently. Your role will include loading trucks, assisting the warehouse team, and ensuring efficient and safe driving practices.

• Safely drive to various locations.
• Communicate effectively with fellow employee owners.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Load trucks and assist the warehouse team.
• Help with loading and unloading trucks.
• Pick orders using RF scanners and lift heavy deck boards.

• Class A CDL License with 1-2 years of experience.
• DOT CARD certification.
• Ability to pass MVR.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.

• Experience with long bed trucks preferred.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Trailer loading experience is a plus.

The work environment predominantly involves being on the road, delivering to customers. During bad road conditions, you will support the warehouse and distribution operations, gaining skills in picking with different lifts, using FR scanners, inventory management, staging orders, and loading trucks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cottage Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $73000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
