Seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing and production processes, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency. The role will use Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, process modeling, and industrial engineering techniques to optimize production systems, workflows, capacity, resources, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing and production processes.
- Develop models, databases, spreadsheets, and metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Apply Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methods to improve productivity and first-time quality.
- Analyze workflow, capacity, throughput, facility layout, logistics, and resource utilization.
- Support product/process design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve quality, and meet schedule requirements.
- Manage projects, including scope, cost, schedule, resources, and risk.
- Develop and implement standard processes and engineering improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, design, and ergonomic standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience improving or developing production processes.
- 2+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Experience with continuous improvement, 5S, and structured problem solving.
- Experience developing and implementing standard processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
