- Run multiple CNC mills and lathes to hit daily targets without sacrificing quality
- Stay on top of tool changes, offsets, and wear to keep machines productive
- Verify dimensions and features with precision hand metrology aligned to GD&T
- Troubleshoot common issues to maintain flow and first-pass yield
- Work with G-code confidently and perform efficient changeovers
