This role focuses on welding and fabricating structural steel components in a manufacturing environment using MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick processes. You will work from blueprints and fabrication drawings to produce high-quality, accurate welds while following established safety standards and maintaining an organized work area.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a manufacturing environment focused on structural steel fabrication. You will work with welding equipment such as wire welders, stick welders, torches, torch tips, filler rods, flux, hoses, valves, and gas cylinders, as well as various hand tools and industrial powered fork trucks. The role involves hands-on work around heavy materials and fabrication equipment, with an emphasis on safety, organization, and adherence to welding standards. Expect a production-oriented setting where teamwork, clear communication, and safe work practices are integral to daily operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
