Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Baltimore, MD
Pay: $25–$31 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

About Able Minds ABA
Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team in Baltimore, MD. This position is ideal for an RBT looking for a consistent weekday afternoon/evening schedule while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in accordance with their treatment plans.
Implement interventions and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
Collect and accurately document clinical data during sessions.
Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills.
Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
Communicate professionally and collaborate with the supervising BCBA and clinical team.
Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification preferred/required.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality services.
