What You’ll Do

As an Event Marketing Representative, you’ll be hands-on in both execution and leadership development:

Represent brands at live events, retail campaigns, and promotional activations

Drive customer acquisition and sales through face-to-face engagement

Support and train new team members on sales strategies and product knowledge

Assist in coaching and leading a team to hit daily & weekly performance goals

Work alongside leadership to manage accounts and optimize campaign performance

Track results, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities

Help develop future leaders within the team
