Real Estate Operations Manager

We're looking for a high-level Operations Manager to work with us and help keep our real estate business running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the business, keeping people, processes, and priorities moving in the right direction. From managing systems and workflows to coordinating with agents, clients, vendors, and partners, you’ll bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to a fast-moving real estate environment.

Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000

PTO and growth opportunities

$60,000 – $70,000 yearly base salary

• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Lead the process of aligning operational goals with business objectives by engaging with department heads
• Coordinate the review of performance metrics to identify improvements and optimize results
• Manage teams across functions to accomplish project objectives and milestones

• Communicate with vendors, clients, and agents

• Experience using ERP systems or comparable tools is desirable
• Proven skills in leadership and managing team dynamics

• Real estate license preferred

• 2+ years real estate transaction, listing, operations experience

• proactive with follow through and able to multi-task

• strong knowledge with different CRM systems and softwares
