**Need one person for each shift:

**

**1st Shift:

** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

**Pay:

$20–$22 per hour

** based on experience and shift

**What You'll Do

**

As a Slitter Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and setting up slitting equipment used to prepare materials that support production operations and customer roll stock orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor slitting machinery

  • Perform machine changeovers and adjustments

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain production efficiency

  • Read and interpret measurements using a standard ruler

  • Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met

  • Safely move and handle large rolls of material using appropriate equipment

  • Support production requirements while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

**What We're Looking For

**

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Minimum of 1 year of machine operating experience involving machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting

  • Strong mechanical experience involving complex vehicle repair, such as engine, transmission, or major component replacement (personal or professional experience considered)

  • Ability to accurately measure to 1/16" using a standard ruler (pre-employment ruler test required)

  • Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift

  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and safely push, pull, and maneuver large material rolls with equipment assistance

  • Ability to squat, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform physical tasks throughout the day

  • Ability to work around manufacturing materials, chemicals, and occasional odors

**Preferred Qualifications

**

  • ISO manufacturing experience

  • Previous experience in lamination, packaging, converting, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments

Don't have slitting experience? That's okay. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and machine operation experience are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training is provided.
