We also provide access to low-cost mental health counseling through our health insurance plans.

We are a diverse group of people from all backgrounds who work hard and enjoy working together.

Our internal Software Development team builds custom solutions to complicated engineering and business operations challenges. • Manage projects from request through delivery, including timelines and status updates.
  • Lead training sessions and debugging walkthroughs for engineers and staff who use our tools.
  • Help shape how AI is responsibly introduced into our workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
  • C#: professional experience writing and maintaining C# applications.
  • Dynamic problem solving: comfortable debugging and developing custom code as requirements take shape.

  • Team coordination: clear communication and collaboration with developers, engineers, and business staff.

  • GitHub: working knowledge of basic workflows such as branching, commits, and pull requests.
  • Bachelor’s (or greater) degree in Computer Science / Software Development (or similar field) from an EAC/ABET-accredited university required or equivalent experience, required.

  • Variety: engineering automation, full stack apps, and mobile development all in one role.
  • Growth: get in early on a growing team and help shape its tools, standards, and AI strategy.
