The Property Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of residential or commercial properties. Working within a medium-sized team of 4-7 technicians and reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role demands technical expertise in multiple maintenance disciplines and effective customer interaction. The technician may also handle occasional after-hours or emergency calls to address urgent maintenance needs.
