We're looking for someone who thrives in creating structure and taking ownership of processes. You'll have the opportunity to lead daily operational meetings, improve accountability, and document procedures, while also supporting the integration of new AI-powered workflows. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of around $65,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus, and includes a group health plan, three weeks of vacation, and professional growth opportunities.
