Location: Rogers, MN
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00AM -2:30PM
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour DOE

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling architectural metal products using mechanical fasteners and adhesives while ensuring quality, accuracy, and production standards are met.

• Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform both mechanical and adhesive assembly processes.
• Rivet, bolt, screw, and glue components together to create finished products.
• Communicate with the Assembly Lead regarding daily priorities and production needs.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adapt to changing priorities and production requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to the nearest 1/16".
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
