IV Nutrition is seeking a Clinic Director who leads with heart, builds meaningful relationships, and inspires clients to take a proactive approach to their health and wellness. This role is for a leader who wants to make an impact someone who can guide a team, elevate the client experience, and help clients stay engaged in a wellness journey that truly supports their goals.
As Clinic Director, you are both the operational leader and the relationship leader. You’ll shape a culture where clients feel known, supported, and educated, and where your team feels confident, connected, and committed to excellence. You will oversee clinic performance, client experience, team development, operational execution, and clinical quality.

What You’ll LeadClinic Leadership & OperationsOversee daily clinic operations, workflow, and team execution
Set the tone for professionalism, culture, and client care
Track KPIs and implement action plans for growth
Ensure alignment with company standards and initiatives
Build a relationshipdriven client culture
Coach the team on consultations, education, and service recommendations
Support client retention, rebooking, memberships, and longterm engagement
Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Ensure safe and effective IV therapy administration
Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation
Support staff with clinical guidance as needed
Uphold physician orders and company policies
Note: Clinical oversight and medical responsibility remain with the Medical Director.
Hire, train, and develop clinic staff
Lead performance through coaching, accountability, and clear expectations
Build a highperformance culture centered on client care and growth
Support professional development and future leadership pathways
Drive memberships, packages, and wellness services
Support local marketing, outreach, and community engagement
Use KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Active RN license (required)
BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
2–5 years infusion or vascular access experience
2+ years leadership or management experience
Experience in clientfocused or relationshipbased environments preferred
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Relationshipdriven and clientfocused
Organized, decisive, and able to multitask
Comfortable with KPIs, growth goals, and performance accountability
Professional, adaptable, and committed to excellence
8–12 hour shifts
2–4 weekend shifts per month (Saturday/Sunday)
Predictable daytime schedule
