I know what it feels like to give everything you have to a shop that doesn’t appreciate you. In 2013, I realized I was working in a place that was never going to value me the way I deserved. That day, I made a decision:
If I ever built my own shop, it would be different.

My name is Ben Burns. We are growing very quickly now but we refuse to grow at the expense of our people, OR our standards.
