Customer Service Representative

Global Face Group is looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our Los Angeles team as Customer Service Representatives.

This is a full-time, entry-level, in-person position focused on customer interaction and representing client campaigns throughout the Los Angeles area. Previous industry experience is not required, as training and ongoing support are provided.

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner

• Represent client campaigns and communicate information clearly to customers

• Answer questions and help customers understand available products, services, or campaign information

• Assist interested customers through the appropriate sign-up or enrollment process

• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

• Work alongside the wider team to achieve individual and campaign goals

• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional and positive approach when working with customers

• Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment

• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and take on feedback

• No previous industry experience required

• Starting pay of $17 per hour
