  • Comfort working with documentation, including scanning, stamping, and filing forms.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes and grow into expanded responsibilities.
  • Comfort taking product photos and attaching them to records or documentation as required.

Why Work Here?

You will join a unique aviation facility with a hangar large enough to hold eight large commercial airplanes. The operation is growing rapidly, with headcount more than doubling in the last couple of years and additional lines being added to support more aircraft projects. The company offers a friendly, supportive culture in a newer, well-maintained facility and actively invests in employee development, with clear examples of team members progressing from entry-level contractor roles into leadership positions. Benefits include minimal-cost medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) with company match, 17 PTO days during the first and second year of employment with increases in the third year, bonus opportunities tied to production and role, tuition reimbursement, team outings and events, and virtual support programs and guidance for many aspects of life. This environment is ideal for individuals who want to grow their careers and build long-term experience in the aviation industry.

Work Environment

The facility is newer, very clean, well lit, and organized, providing a professional and efficient workspace. The warehouse team supports multiple active aircraft lines, with additional lines being added to handle more planes and a growing book of business. The temperature in the hangar can vary with the seasons, and it may feel chilly in winter or warm in summer due to the opening and closing of the hangar doors, so extra clothing layers are recommended during colder months. Dress code requires closed-toe footwear such as steel-toe boots, gym shoes, or work boots, along with jeans without rips or tears and a comfortable, appropriate work shirt. The position follows a structured schedule with full-time shifts, including options such as 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. SundayThursday and a 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Tuesday-Saturday schedule, supporting both Receiving and Parts Counter operations in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on safety, accuracy, and continuous growth.
