Bottom line:
We’re looking for a Support Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical problems and delivering a great customer experience. This role is the escalation point for our service deskwhen frontline engineers hit a wall, you step in, resolve the issue, and make sure the customer feels taken care of.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary escalation point for the Service Desk team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across desktops, servers, and networks.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security configurations.
- Provide clear communication with customers, ensuring technical issues are resolved with professionalism and empathy.
- Document fixes, processes, and knowledge articles to strengthen the service desk team.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to continuously improve service delivery.
What you bring:
- Strong technical background in Microsoft Windows environments and the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and general networking (firewall, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent people skillscalm under pressure, patient with end users, and confident guiding junior team members.
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and ability to resolve issues independently.
- Prior MSP or IT service desk experience strongly preferred.
