We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to assist with medication administration and resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications according to orders and facility policy.
Observe and report changes in resident condition.
Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Document medications and resident care accurately.
Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with nursing staff.
Current CMA certification as required by the state.
Previous long-term-care experience preferred.
Compassionate and dependable.
Strong attention to detail.
