Fulfillment Associate

PrepFort is a fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment center based in Illinois. We specialize in helping online brands and Amazon sellers scale their businesses by managing everything from product labeling and bundling to kitting, storage, and order fulfillment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' products are handled with care and precision. Your day-to-day tasks will include processing incoming inventory, inspecting and relabeling returns, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accuracy while meeting daily quotas and contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. This position involves repetitive tasks and requires a strong focus on detail to ensure high-quality service for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stockroom environment (preferred).
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and meeting daily performance quotas.
• Computer and scanner literacy for processing inventory and orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout your shift.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when inspecting and relabeling returns.
• Dependable and a team player who thrives in a collaborative warehouse setting.
