Location: Austin, TX Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You Bring

• At least three years of sales experience within HVAC controls or/and building automation
• Working knowledge of DDC, BAS, and commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Experience developing estimates and customer proposals
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Confidence communicating with both technical professionals and business decision-makers
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
