Construction Dispatcher and Customer Coordinator
One Stop Home Repair | Builders Group

One Stop Home Repair is seeking an organized, confident communicator to handle incoming calls, help customers move forward, and coordinate scheduling for our handyman, carpentry, remodeling, and construction work.

You will be the first person expected to answer the phone and take ownership of each inquiry. You must be comfortable communicating for the business, explaining our value, and finding a practical next stepeven when immediate availability is limited. That means exploring scheduling options, working with management, and following through with the customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Turn customer inquiries into scheduled appointments and approved work.
• Gather accurate job details and communicate approved pricing and terms.
• Coordinate schedules with the Operations Manager, Project Managers, and field crews.
• Follow up on leads, estimates, cancellations, and customer concerns.
• Keep customer records and job information accurate and current.
• Support the Builders Group with scanning, filing, and administrative coordination.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service, scheduling, inside sales, or office coordination.
• Takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through without repeated reminders.
• Stays calm, professional, and organized while managing competing priorities.
• Is comfortable using scheduling software and standard office tools.

Construction or remodeling experience is strongly preferred.
