Receptionist (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Receptionistto support our front office while assisting with administrative, and operational tasks across the company.

This is not a traditional receptionist role this position is ideal for someone who likes to stay busy, takes initiative, and enjoys being involved in multiple areas of the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Front Desk & Office Support
  • Greet employees, visitors, and applicants in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked office, breakrooms, and conference areas
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and general office coordination
  • Support invoice processing, data entry, and administrative tracking
  • Support SCR filings
  • Assist various departments with administrative needs as they arise
  • General Support
  • Help with scheduling, coordination, and internal communication
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team
  • Stay ahead of tasks by identifying what needs to be done and taking initiative

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with scheduling and administrative support
  • Someone who takes initiative.
  • High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized space
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
