Join a team that delivers reliablyevery mile, every stop. As a NonCDL Route Driver, you’ll combine safe driving, customer care, and precise recordkeeping to ensure products arrive on time and in great condition.
Your impact
- Operate a box truck with a GVWR under 26,001 lbs (and other vehicles as assigned) to complete approximately 10–20 deliveries per day.
- Meet tight timelines and uphold safety standards in all weather.
- Complete pretrip and posttrip inspections to keep equipment roadready.
- Maintain compliant documentation: driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and all records required by company policy and law.
- Use a company-issued handheld device to track, confirm, and close out deliveries.
- Provide clear, courteous communication to customers, peers, and leaders.
- Collect payments from customers at delivery when required.
- Assist with loading and unloading; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers occasionally.
Physical expectations
- Lift 50 lbs frequently; lift up to 80 lbs on occasion.
- Team-lift or use mechanical assists for commercial tires.
- Exert up to 40 lbs of pushing force when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Workdays typically span 8–12 hours.
