As the first face our guests see, you’ll set the tone for their experience at Happea's. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and ensuring they feel at home.
• Managing seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service and happy guests.
