Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on technical training on production and decoration equipment
- Train employees on Helix, DTF, UV Printing, Laser Engraving, Pad Print, and related processes
- Demonstrate safe and efficient machine operation
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching as needed
- Assist with onboarding and development of new production employees
- Ensure quality standards and production procedures are followed
- Work closely with supervisors to identify training needs and improve employee performance
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
