The Production Associate plays a key role in mixing and maintaining batches of product in a relaxed, small-team manufacturing environment. You will work with raw materials and chemicals, prepare and monitor batches, and ensure products are accurately packaged and shipped to customers. The role combines periods of active, hands-on work with monitoring responsibilities, requiring attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to stay productive during slower periods in the production cycle.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is relaxed and team-oriented, with a small crew of approximately 25 people. The schedule is based on a 40-hour work week with no overtime, and the organization is willing to work with you if you need a flexible schedule, prolonged breaks, or time off. The production process typically involves preparing and running about two batches per shift, creating a mix of active hands-on work and periods of monitoring gauges and equipment while batches are mixing. You will work with production machinery, hand tools, and a water treatment facility in a clean, organized manufacturing and warehouse setting. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and clear communication, providing a stable and supportive place to develop your skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
