Overview
Victory Ranch located in Kamas UT is seeking a knowledgeable, client-focused esthetics professional to provide high-quality skincare services during weekend shifts. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients look and feel their best in a welcoming, service-oriented environment. Pay is 70% commission based. Victory Ranch provides all products, tools, clients and the space.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of esthetic services based on training, licensure, and company protocols
- Conduct thorough client consultations and assess skincare needs
- Deliver safe, professional, and personalized treatments with attention to comfort and hygiene
- Educate clients on homecare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate service notes and client records as required
- Prepare treatment areas, sanitize tools, and uphold cleanliness standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive client experience
- Follow all state, local, and internal regulations related to esthetics services
Qualifications
- Current esthetics license in good standing, where required by state or local regulations
- Experience providing esthetic or skincare services in a professional setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professionalism, cleanliness, and client care
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
- Familiarity with skincare products, tools, and treatment protocols
- Comfortable working with a diverse client base and supporting an inclusive environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with facials, waxing, and other common esthetic services
- Retail product knowledge and client recommendation skills
- Experience in a spa, salon, med spa, or wellness environment
- Ability to build rapport and encourage repeat visits through excellent service
