Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Our approach is as unique and effective as the flavors of a ripe pear, and we're looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Manassas, VA!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play an important role in supporting children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with our clinical team to provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering behavioral interventions: Implement evidence-based ABA interventions to support communication, social skills, independence, and adaptive behaviors.

• Collaborating with the ABA team: Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to implement individualized treatment plans.

• Collecting and documenting data: Accurately collect data during sessions and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.

• Providing client-centered care: Create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment that encourages each client's growth and development.

• Following treatment plans: Consistently implement clinical recommendations and follow established protocols and procedures.

• Active RBT certification preferred

• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations as needed

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team

• Passion for helping children and individuals with developmental disabilities succeed
