Infection Control Nurse RN
Full-Time | $106,000-$110,000/Year | Comprehensive Benefits
Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Infection Control Nurse RN to oversee and coordinate the facility's infection prevention and control program.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies, procedures, and objectives.
Monitor and analyze infection incidents, trends, and patterns and prepare quarterly reports.
Ensure appropriate documentation and reporting of infection-related incidents.
Identify infection control concerns and coordinate corrective actions and follow-up.
Oversee isolation practices and infection prevention procedures.
Develop and coordinate infection control education, training, and in-services for staff.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective measures and infection prevention practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator and DON.
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license required.
Experience in infection prevention and control in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.
Salary: $106,000-$110,000 per year
