The General Production Worker supports day-to-day manufacturing operations by loading and unloading materials, assisting with machine processes, and preparing finished products for shipment. This role works closely with machine operators and warehouse personnel to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a production and warehouse environment with exposure to machines, materials, and material handling equipment. The role requires working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., involving extended periods of standing, bending, and stretching. The facility promotes a culture of safety and teamwork, with a structured evaluation after six months that may include a pay raise based on performance. Employees can expect a hands-on, physically active role in a manufacturing setting, with clear processes and support from supervisors and operators.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
