International Project Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive International Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead international supplement launches from planning through execution and post-launch follow-up. This position requires strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead international supplement launches from start to finish, managing project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, international partners, and external stakeholders to ensure product readiness, packaging, documentation, regulatory requirements, and logistics are aligned.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, develop solutions, and communicate updates through meetings, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and data, analyze project performance, and improve workflows to increase efficiency and ensure successful launches.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, operations, or a related field, including managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high volumes of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing management reports and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with project-management or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the supplement industry and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or international business operations.
