Residential Plumber
The Crew – AC & Plumbing is looking for an experienced and dependable Residential Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and can diagnose and solve plumbing problems efficiently.
Position Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
- Perform service calls for plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing components
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and identify the best repair or replacement solution
- Install, repair, and replace water lines, drain lines, valves, fixtures, and other plumbing components
- Perform plumbing inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Provide customers with accurate explanations of recommended repairs and options
- Maintain a clean, professional work area and protect customers’ homes while working
- Complete service calls, invoices, and required documentation accurately
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes
- Work professionally with customers, coworkers, and other members of The Crew team
What We’re Looking For
- Residential plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work as required
- Willingness to learn and continue developing plumbing skills
- Plumbing license or applicable certifications are a plus
