Sidewinder Plumbing is hiring a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to help answer phones, schedule calls, and take care of our customers.
We are a local, family-owned plumbing company looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people.
Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule plumbing service appointments
- Enter customer information and job notes
- Communicate with customers and technicians
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Help keep the daily schedule organized
- Help with marketing
- Provide friendly and professional customer service

Experience
Customer service experience is preferred. Plumbing or home service experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
No nights or weekends at this time
