Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elementary School

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a part-time, school-based contract position in Stafford, Virginia.This opportunity involves working onsite with an elementary school caseload at one school location.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP seeking a part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact on students' communication, academic, and social development.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services to elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on individual needs
Qualifications
• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Must meet district credentialing and background requirements
Employment Details
• Part-Time: 18.75 hours per week
• Student Population: Elementary School
• School Sites: 1 location
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 27, 2027
• Work Setting: Onsite
