The Senior Project Manager reports to the Project Lead and manages and supports multiple work streams within a broader program of work, ensuring that strategy and execution align with the overall work stream vision. This role is accountable for delivering successful transitions and integrations by coordinating direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations. The Senior Project Manager works closely with local and regional Senior stakeholders, driving objectives to completion with minimal oversight. Work streams span people, process, technology, and real estate components that collectively deliver the target operating model for the finance function. The position requires extensive experience in major change initiatives and a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects.
ResponsibilitiesThis role operates in a hybrid work environment, with in-office presence required Monday through Wednesday and remote work flexibility on other days. The position involves collaboration with geographically dispersed teams and regular interaction with Senior stakeholders in finance. MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet serve as the primary technologies for communication, collaboration, and project tracking. The work focuses on managing complex change initiatives within a structured, professional setting that emphasizes project controls, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52.88 - $60.05/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
