Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler III for a direct hire opportunity in Poway, CA supporting advanced aerospace and defense manufacturing. This mid-level assembly role is ideal for a skilled electronics assembler with hands-on LRU assembly experience and a strong background in cables, harnesses, chassis, printed circuit boards, panels, batteries, and servo motor assemblies.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a stable, highly technical production environment where quality, precision, safety, and teamwork are essential. Candidates can expect a supportive team setting, clear work instructions, hands-on assembly work, and opportunities to contribute to complex electronic and mechanical systems used in mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and completed assemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly of LRU units, panels, batteries, and servo motors.
- Set up tools and equipment, make adjustments, and hold tolerances to required specifications.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies or subassemblies as needed.
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with established control procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following operating procedures and safety practices.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: Poway, CA.
- 1st shift schedule: 4:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- 1st shift pay rate: $25.96 per hour.
