Job Description
This role involves operating a variety of general production machines and equipment to process incoming pin orders accurately and on time. You will set up, run, and maintain machines such as tumblers, stamp presses, and saws, while using hand and power tools to ensure consistent quality and efficient workflow. The position requires attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage independent work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment during a first-shift schedule.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift position with hours from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in a manufacturing and production setting. You will work around various machines such as tumblers, stamp presses, and saws, using hand and power tools regularly. The environment can include typical manufacturing conditions, such as machine noise and, depending on the machine being operated, occasional odors that may make the area a bit smelly. The role requires standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 45 lbs, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with facility safety practices.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
