NOW HIRING: DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)
Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Schedule: Various shifts may be available, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You'll Do
- Provide direct care, support, and assistance to individuals in a community-based setting
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
- Encourage independence, dignity, and participation in community activities
- Provide transportation or accompany individuals to appointments and activities when required
- Monitor and document individual activities and services provided
- Follow individualized service plans and established safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, individuals served, and their families/support systems
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
What We're Looking For

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or direct care is a plus
- High school diploma/GED may be required depending on assignment
- Must be able to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements
