Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Recruiter II for a leading healthcare and technology client. This candidate will join a growing talent acquisition team focused on hiring healthcare professionals and operational support staff for innovative virtual care and population health programs. The recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy, screen candidates, manage interview processes, and facilitate offers through onboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, excels at stakeholder management, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping scale healthcare services across a rapidly growing organization.

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience from sourcing through onboarding
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Plusses:

• Healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting clinical talent (RNs, NPs, PAs, allied health professionals)
• Experience supporting telehealth or healthcare operations hiring
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach experience
• Agency recruiting background
• Experience supporting customer care or healthcare operations organizations
• Proactive problem-solving skills

Compensation:

$38.50 - $46.30

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
