Field Sales Representative - Business Development Executive

A growing healthcare revenue services firm is adding an experienced field seller who knows how medical practices get paid.

You'll represent a team that takes over insurance billing, unpaid-balance recovery, claim appeals and provider enrollment for independent practices. Your job is to connect with practice owners and office managers, figure out where revenue is slipping, and bring interested practices to company leadership for the final agreement. You'll work from home, split your days between practice visits and outreach, and join a small team as its most experienced member.

What you bring:

• 2+ years selling services to healthcare practices, ideally billing or revenue cycle services
• Enough billing knowledge to answer a practice manager's detailed questions
• Comfort with in-person prospecting and building your own pipeline
• Fully remote role but must reside in the greater Chicago area, California, or Texas

Base salary ranges from $50K to $55K + commission. OTE expected to be in the $65K to $90K range.
