Job Description
This role focuses on retrofitting and upgrading plumbing systems in existing commercial facilities across the state. You will start by working on a cedar hotel project and then support additional retrofit projects, including large retail locations, primarily in the eastern half of the state. You will work with existing plumbing infrastructure, replacing and upgrading components while keeping systems operational and compliant.

Work Environment
This position is based in commercial environments, including hotels and large retail stores, with an initial focus on a cedar hotel project at a major resort followed by multiple sites across the state. You will work on active facilities where operations may continue during retrofits, requiring careful coordination and adherence to safety practices. The role involves frequent travel, primarily within the eastern half of the state, and regular use of plumbing tools, mechanical equipment, and computer systems to document work orders. You will work both independently and as part of a field team in a hands-on, onsite setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
