Compensation: $35–$45/hour + Commission, depending on experience
About the Role
sAge Aesthetics & Well Being is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team in Chattanooga, TN.
We are looking for a confident, patient-focused provider with hands-on experience performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced injector who wants to build a loyal clientele, increase their earning potential, and grow with an established and expanding aesthetic practice.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Candidates located in Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville, or surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Candidates interested in relocating to Chattanooga are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Perform treatments such as Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and dermal fillers
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Provide safe, high-quality treatments with a focus on natural-looking results
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
- Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow all clinical, safety, and compliance protocols
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media content, before-and-after photography, and community events
- Represent the sAge Aesthetics & Well Being brand professionally
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN, NP, or PA license
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Ability to independently perform injectable treatments with confidence
- Before-and-after treatment portfolio preferred
- Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for aesthetics and patient care
Important
This is not a training position. Candidates must have prior hands-on injecting experience and be comfortable performing aesthetic injectable treatments independently from day one.
